q SINGLE AND DUAL VERSIONS
OPA337 series rail-to-rail output CMOS operational amplifiers are designed for low cost and miniature applications. The OPA2337, packaged in the new SOT-23-8, is
the world’s smallest dual amplifier. It is only 1/4 of the
size of an SO-8 surface mount. The single version
(OPA337) is packaged in the tiny SOT-23-5. Single and
dual versions have identical specifications for maximum
design flexibility.
Utilizing advanced CMOS technology, the OPA337 series provides low bias current, high speed, high openloop gain, and rail-to-rail output swing. They operate on
a single supply with operation as low as 2.5V. Quiescent
current is only 450µA. In addition, the input commonmode range includes ground—ideal for many single supply applications.
OPA337 op amps are easy to use and free from phase
inversion and overload problems found in some other op
amps. They are stable in unity gain and excellent performance is maintained as the amplifier swings to its specified limits. The dual version features completely independent circuitry for lowest crosstalk and freedom from
interaction, even when overdriven or overloaded.
In addition to the miniature SOT packages, both versions
are available in standard 8-pin DIP and SO-8 surface
mount. They are fully specified from –40°C to +85°C and
operate from –55°C to +125°C.
