4CH High Current Darlington Sink Driver
Product Description:
These products are high voltage, high current darlington
drivers comprised of four NPN darlington pairs.
All units feature integral clamp diodes for switchings
inductive loads and all units feature uncommited collectors
and emitters for isolated darlington applications. For
proper operation, the substrate (SUB) must be connected
to the negative voltage. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp, and stepping moter drivers.
