Technology: We specializes intellectual properties in the development of Advance Trench POWER MOSFET & Power Management ICs.
Production: There is the wonderful subcontractor for production, just like as the semiconductor procedure, professional assembly & quality control, and the cooperation is closely to each other.
Concentration: In the development of Trench POWER MOSFET, we dedicated our better to the development of extra-high density process, that could be designed as extra-low RDS(on), and be suitable for special & tiny package. On the other hands, that is low cost product & high performance.
Application: All of product , that is applied in wide electronic field, including portable electronic equipment, PC, Notebook …etc. Specially, the LED Lighting & E-bike, we do the effort to support the high voltage & low RDS(on) Trench POWER MOSFET, that is the high efficiency for power control.
Environmentalist: To use the Halogen-Free and Excellent property for “green product ”, the production are qualified by SGS and meets ROHS specifications.
